We had a fantastic stay at this luxurious hotel. The location is perfect, situated on a small hill with a stunning view of the Pacific Ocean. We were also delighted to find that it is very near the beach side, allowing us to easily take seaside walks and enjoy the beautiful scenery. In terms of amenities and services, we were thoroughly impressed. The hotel provided excellent service, including dry cleaning, housekeeping, and a free shuttle service. The room amenities were top-notch, with ironing facilities, air conditioning, and a mini-bar. We were also pleased to discover that the hotel had a fitness center, sauna, and steam room, allowing us to relax and rejuvenate after a long day of exploring. we highly recommend this place to everyone. It truly exceeded our expectations and provided us with a luxurious and comfortable stay.

Our deluxe room with climate control, TV and a mini bar fridge was huge. The location was favourable - adjacent to Hualien and the train station and many restaurants.

It is conveniently located, just a short taxi ride away from the vibrant Dongdamen night market and the beautiful Hualian harbor. Additionally, there are plenty of small eateries nearby, perfect for those who prefer to venture out. The service provided by the staff is top-notch, and the attention to detail is evident in the well-appointed modern rooms. The breakfast spread is impressive, ensuring a great start to the day.

This hotel was located in a very central area adjacent to downtown and suburban as well as Taroko National Park. The breakfast was generous and delicious with many choices. The staff was attentive, as for 4-stars venue.

The hotel is new, clean, and spacious with ocean views. Comfortable beds, no carpet flooring, and a fantastic bathroom with shower and tub. Helpful staff, good English, and a variety of facilities including a game room and gym. Complimentary shuttle service and buffet breakfast.

The parking area was small, which caused problems especially for bigger cars. Another thing was that the dinner was expensive and lacked taste.

During our stay at Lakeshore Hotel Hualien, we were impressed by the impeccable service and the new and well-maintained rooms. The hotel's location, although not in the center, was still convenient. The breakfast spread was good, and we appreciated the helpful staff who provided advice on getting around. The spacious room and the bathtub overlooking the scenery added a nice touch to our stay. Despite a few minor drawbacks, like the basic gym and the short breakfast hours, we would definitely recommend this hotel in beautiful Hualien. it was a positive experience.
